　　为了不让自己继续停留在“电脑白痴”层次，我狠下心选了两门专业限选计算机课程和校公选课《信息检索与应用》，小小佩服一下我那时的勇气和韧劲！还好大三上学期终于选上自己喜欢的体育课—篮球，每次上课都跑得大汗淋漓，期末考核三步上篮那个动作堪称perfect，二分线投篮6个满分我投了8个，虽然技术不咋地，我运动，我快乐！而20xx年广州亚运志愿者那是一个美丽的称号，那注定是一段不寻常的经历！

　　大三下学期已经华丽丽地落下帷幕了，回头看，那是大学最难忘的岁月！从上学期寒假就开始准备“为了明天”师范技能比赛和flash课件制作比赛，很感谢这段时间一起奋斗的战友和身边所有的同学、朋友，是他们陪我一路走来！其实比赛最终的结果没那么重要，那一张张奖状只是证明自己曾经努力过，这个过程中自己一点一滴的收获，无论是毅力方面还是口头表达能力、教学技能，哪怕只是小小的提高，这个来得更为重要！

　　在口语交际《自我介绍》这节课的教学中，我教学经验不足，所以在这节课的主要目标是让学生开口说，敢于说，在这节课的教学中我做到以下几个方面：

　　一、营造愉悦的教学环境，鼓舞学生发言

　　努力营造一个宽松的学习环境，是促使学生主动发展的必要条件。其实不管哪一年级的学生都需要寓教于乐的心理特征。因此，我在导入新课时，我首先运用让学生“自我推荐”这一教学环节，既创设了情境又激发了学生兴趣，使学生敢于发言，展现自己。教学效果是明显的，也能达到预期的目的。

　　二、结合学生实际，培养创新、合作意识

　　根据学生的认知特点，课堂教学不再仅仅是老师传授知识的过程，也需要联系学生的学习实际，培养创新、合作意识，在设计“授之以渔”这一教学环节，我采取了范文赏析和方法指导相结合，在教学中，我注意联系学生的学习实际，我让他们借鉴小学生和中学生的自我介绍范文。然后我再与学生探讨了自我介绍要抓住特征，要有典型性，要突出人物的个性特征，还可借助于适当的描写方法和比喻等知识。所以当学生在做自我介绍时就胸有成竹了，知道该如何介绍才能把自身的特点讲出来，如何介绍才能更吸引人。总体来说，因为有了“授之以渔”这一教学环节的铺垫，下面的“临渊垂钓”这部分的教学就水到渠成了，学生个个才思泉涌，积极参与，充分展示自我，快乐地体验、认识他人，我想这是跟说自己有关，哪个孩子能不熟悉自己呢？当然这也是在于贴紧学生的学习实际，大大调动了学生的积极性，活跃了课堂气氛，学生的个性也得到充分的发展，培养了他们的创新能力及合作意识。

　　总之，在这堂课上学生主体地位体现明显，参与率较高，结构清晰，问题设计有针对性，当然再成功的课也会存在其不足之处：一是课堂调控能力还不够强。由于本节课的重要要环节在于学生口语的交流和体验，学生的积极性得到了充分的调动，但同时也带来了一些不好的现象。如在实践体验时，下面的学生就着急为台上的同学作提示，不能很好地遵守体验规则，有的却胆小的不敢上台。二是在课堂流程和重点环节还需要进行锤炼，由于学生的准备还不够充分，使得课堂流程不够流畅。

　　今后在教学中我还得多关注学生的学情，要及时调整了教学方案让自己的教学，多向前辈学习教学经验，在教学过程中摸索能让学生感兴趣、学到知识的方法，使学生能轻松的掌握知识。
