Hello,everyone.My name isXXXX.I'm twelve years old.I am a Middle school student. I was born in Panjin,It is an beautiful city.Now I study in Bohai No.1 Middle School.I'm in Class Three,Grade Two.There are thirteen-five students in our class.We have four classes in the morning and four classes in the afternoon.Our classes begin at 7:00 and end at 17:00.I love my teachers and my classmates.They are all very nice.There are three people in My family,my father my morther ang I. My father is a worker.He works in a factory. My mother is a worker,too.She works in Xinghai street. I like our family.I am good at math and Chinese.My English is so-so,but I often listening speaking reading and writing.I really like English very much. My favourite sport is football ang I like it very much.I'm good at computers.I hope to become a computer expert when I grow up.I will study hard to make my dream come true.Thank you!

Good afternoon Dear teachers and my fellow classmates, I really appreciate having this opportunity to introduce myself. I’m from …… school of classXXX. I’ve been paying attention to the Outlook English for many years and I am very interested in it For me, learning English is considered an enjoyment. At first, I have not participated in any oral competition before and I hesitated. I thought it was a hard thing to do in the past but I now believed that I should have a try. My teachers and friends have also given me the courage and I’ve become more confident through the process and that’s why I’m standing here. Everybody should have the courage to catch the chance and hold on to the given opportunity. If we didn’t try , how can we be near our goals? I believe we can all achieve our goals if we continue to take a step forward.
Just like when I’m learning English, the courage of facing the difficulties and my goal motivated me to move forward. Just as the old saying goes, “the one who you must defeat is you yourself”, not only did I attained experiences and confidence throughout the process, I am also willing to learn that in order to improve, I had to defeat myself.

My favourite super star is JJ , he has a lovely dimple and his eyes are also very lovely . Now let me tell you the story about JJ . He enterde the music indestry at the year 2004 , before that year ,he was only a boy who wrote songs for many super stars ,his songs were liked by many people but no one care who was the writer . He was noly hard to write songs because he like music ,he thought music has it soal , if you sing it by heart , it well be lived . I like a song of him , it's name is CRIES IN A DISTANCE , the song tells us ,nothing is sad if we belive the hope . He has many difficulty , but his song says , cries in a distance , can't stop the tremble , I'm just waiting my turn , hiding will never , save me forever , the guns gonne get me for sure . Dear god I pray why won't you be my friend , come to me and take my hand ,like mama would say everything will be ok. Now he is not rather a shy singer and performer , the lyrical songs make him mature ,and now he is a man or not a boy . He is a real super star with many fans ,the improve mark a big step forward confident .

Hi，I'm Alex from Bei Jing No.80 middle school. It's an honor for me to have this opportunity to share some of thoughts with all of you at this moment.
As we all know, Beijing has the opportunity to host the 2008 Summer Olympic Game. We have been waiting for years for this chance to show others around the world to our very home, and show them the combination of technology, history, and environment that we all cherish well. We're pretty satisfied with our nationality, locally. But as I traveled to a few foreign countries, I realize that some children with Chinese backgrounds are unwilling or ashamed to be what they are, because of some unavoidable racism and racial discrimination. And some are just embarrassed because they have black hair, brown eyes and yellow skin; they think being like this makes them look ugly, some even wished that they were Caucasian. It's a sad reality that these people really exist. So I realized that how important it is to make understanding between others and us.
So, what does racism have to do with the 2008 Olympics? As I have mentioned, it's a chance. But it isn't just a chance for us to go and show others our culture. It's a chance for us to go and show some people who we really are, it's a chance for us to go and show some people that if they can do it, we can do it, too. It's a chance to let them change their view about us forever, and then they will know that no matter what race you are we are all the same, no race is more better then the other in any field. But this chance only comes for once in a lifetime; let's not waste it. I don't think anyone wants to wait for another fifty years; the future is now. So don't stand there and wait, you have to run to it. Maybe things will happen during this marathon, but one thing is for sure, we will all make it. So let's not lose faith.

“If I could reach higher, just for one moment to touch the sky…”---this is from my favorite song Reach.
When we are appreciating the passionate melody of Gloria Estefan, we could hardly imagine that she could return to the stage after her paralysis. In the year 1990, this Cuban singer was knocked down in a traffic accident, and the doctor declared that she might never walk again. But Gloria did not give up and kept up constant exercising. Just one year after the disaster, she stood up again and presented this encouraging song at the Atlanta Olympics.
Whenever I think of Gloria, I can’t help recalling my memory seven years ago, when I first entered university. Naturally shy, ordinary looking, average scores in study, just like an ugly duckling, I seemed to be the least outstanding one in my class. And the successive failures in the beginning led me into despair. “Am I destined to take the back seat to others?” Unwilling to submit to the fate, I paid more efforts on my study as well as many other activities, film dubbing, recital, drama… cause I just want to catch every little opportunity to prove myself. Constant effort yields sure success. Thanks to the competition, I received some awards and most of all, I gained the courage and confidence to face any difficulties in my life journey.
Life is just like farming, and what you can reap depends a lot on your sowing and dedication. Once you have a dream, don’t be hesitant. Your next difficult step may be the one to the top. Keep going forward, even in the toughest time, and never give up.
