　　前言

　　Good morning/afternoon/evening, my name isXXX . It is really a great honor to have this opportunity/chance to introduce myself. I would like to answer whatever you may raise, and I hope I can make a good performance today.

　　General Introduction

　　I am a third year master major in automation at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, P. R. China. With tremendous interest in Industrial Engineering, I am writing to apply for acceptance into your Ph.D. graduate program.

　　Education background

　　In 1995, I entered the Nanjing University of Science & Technology (NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. During the following undergraduate study, my academic records kept distinguishedamong the whole department. I was granted First Class Prize every semester,In 1999, I got the privilege to enter the graduate program waived of the admission test.

　　At the period of my graduate study, my overall GPA(3.77/4.0) ranked top 5% in the department. In the second semester, I became teacher assistant that is given to talented and matured students only. This year, I won the Acer Scholarship as the one and only candidate in my department, which is the ultimate accolade for distinguished students endowed by my university. Presently, I am preparing my graduation thesis and trying for the honor of Excellent Graduation Thesis.

　　Research experience and academic activity

　　When a sophomore, I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation schedul ing system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

　　In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. My future research interests include: Network Schedul ing Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA and Neural network), Supply chain network research, Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.

　　每个问题都要说上两分钟太长了。你回答的命运亮点，人家几秒钟也不愿意听。建议不要超过一分钟，简洁，回答道上。

　　1.根据你自己的兴趣来说了，如果你是在没有什么好的Hobby，就说运动啊，电影啊什么的。不要说你有什么特别奇怪嗜好就可以啦。

　　2.我相信你来问英语面试的`问题，可能也还没有什么经验。所以设计到the greatest strength时候，你可以这样说：

　　As u know, I am a new graduate without much experience at the moment, and I think I am modest, loyal, tough and a quick learner. If I have the honner to be ur employee, I would aqaintant with the business of our conmpany and create the biggest strength of mine.

　　3.最大的弱点的不能说和工作有关的比如你做销售的话，就不可能说你自己不善言辞，对吧。你可以想想和工作无关的

　　我怕之前的面试就是这样说我自己的。

　　I have strong persiverence, but this is my weakness too, because sometimes I thought i was stubborn, I always insisted on my ideas. u know a sward has two blades.

　　4.这个问题你就可以说说和你应聘的工作相关的了。你面试外贸业务员的话，就可以说：O， foreign trade is my favorite,u know, my dream is to be best foreign trade clerk. And this course taught me a lot.

　　5.Honesty

　　你可以反问他啊，do u like me honest or punctual? I think to be honest is also be loyal to my company

　　6.你可以对面试你的人说，在你的位置，就是说要做到管理者的位置，毕竟十年是很长的时间啊，什么都可能发生。ur position.然后来个自信的微笑

　　7.这个涉及到你选择公司的标准了，你说了以后就要夸奖下你面试的公司

　　Well,at first that company should satisfy my requirements, sucn as,,,

　　it have good future or promotion chances....
