　　Dear Smith,I'm glad to tell you that I've found an office, which I think is well planned and comfortably furnished with windows on two sides. One faces Pine Avenue on the north and the other Ninth Street on the east. When you enter the office, you can see two desks, with the secretary's on the left and the manager's on the right. Against the wall straight ahead of you is a long bookcase. On your right, you can find a sofa, two armchairs, and a coffee table, and a door leading to the storage room. Between the door and the hall door stand two file cabinets. On the south wall just behind the sofa hangs a picture. Although there is not much space in this office, it is easy to work in, I think.
