Team communication is an essential part of senior management. An effective team requires clear and effective communication between the manager and team members. 1)You cannot rely on one form of communication. A manager must use both two-way and directive communication.

This year, our company’s target is to expand our market to second-tier cities. 2)Remain consistent. As a senior manager, you should lead by example. Say what you mean and do what you say. In that way, your team can rely on you and find the most effective and comfortable way to work with you.
