1.商务建议
合同中，表示确切的日期用on，如on may l(在五月一日当天)。表示到某月某日之前则用by或before o by不包括当天，如by may l(到五月一日之前)就不包括五月一日，指到april 30为止。from may i也不包括当天，意指从may 2开始。若用commencing则包括当天。这些介词的用法，必须事先多加注意，以避免日后发生麻烦。
