　　第二、专业背景

　　一些企业所招聘的人才很多都没有规定是哪方面的专业，例如企业文员、助理等职位，就没有专业上的要求。但是雇主在招聘的时候也会注意求职者的专业背景，一般来说专业对口的优势更大一些。求职者在写个人简历的时候，最好也要注意一些专业背景方面的信息。

　　第三、学校的名气

　　大部分的企业都是比较重视人才的学历，不过也有很多重视就读学习的名气，尤其是一些外企公司。在相同学历背景下，重点大学、名牌大学的人才则更受关注。

　　第四、在学校中的个人表现

　　在学习中的表现主要包括有在学校期间所取得的成就，还有就是人才在学校中的学习成绩，以及获得的奖项部分。这也是招聘者会关注的部分，在个人简历上同样需要体现出来。
