  一、真实性

  简历是给企业的第一张"名片",不可以撒谎,更不可以掺假,但可以进行优化处理。专家说,优化不等于掺假,即可以选择把强项进行突出,将弱势进行忽略。比如一个应届毕业大学生,可以重点突出在校时的学生会工作和实习、志愿者、支教等工作经历,不单单是陈述这些经历本身,更重要的是提炼出自己从中得到了什么具有价值的经验,而这些收获能在今后持续发挥效用。如此一来,HR便不会用"应届生没有工作经验"为由而拒你于千里之外了。

  二、针对性

  做简历时可以事先结合职业规划确定出自己的求职目标,做出有针对性的版本,运用专门的语言对不同企业进行求职递送简历,这样做往往更容易得到HR的认可,而不是看着千篇一律的海投简历感觉到索然无味。

  三、价值性

  把最有价值的内容放在简历中,无关痛痒的不需要浪费篇幅,使用语言讲究平实、客观和精练,太感性的`描述不宜出现。通常简历的篇幅为A4纸版面1-2页,不宜过长,内容不能只有一页半、半页,最好能整理成一页。简历中尽量提供能够证明自己工作业绩的量化数据,比如拓展了多少个新的市场客户,年销售业绩达到多少万元,每年发表学术论文多少篇等。最好还可以提供能够提高职业含金量的成功经历,比如完成了一个很难的项目,拿下了一个很大的客户等。对于自己独有的经历一定要保留,在著名公司工作、参加著名培训、与著名人物接触等都可以重点突出处理。

  四、条理性

  将公司可能雇佣你的理由用自己过去的经历有条理的表达出来,最重点的内容有:个人基本资料、工作经历(职责和业绩)、教育与培训经历,次重要的信息有:职业目标(这个一定要标示出来)、核心技能、背景概述、语言与计算机能力以及奖励和荣誉信息,其它的信息可不作展示,对于自己的最闪光点可以点到即止,不要过于详细,留在面试时再作详尽的展开
