　　面试官的年龄构成，大多在35岁以上。这些人中的大多数，英语水平都处于“外行看热闹”的状态，好一点的能听懂大概的意思，差一点的，就只能听语音是否流利。所以各位，想要你的英语自我介绍吸引人，除了要注意语法之外，还必须在语言流畅性和可听性上下功夫，最起码，能忽悠住人。

　　非专业的英语面试，在准备英文自我介绍时，并不需要求职者在语法、词汇上太过讲究。只要发音准确、叙述流畅、面试官能听得懂你说的意思，那么OK，基本上可以判定你的语言能力过关。剩下的，就靠个人临场应阵和发挥了。

　　不要在面试中过多炫耀语言技巧。用简单的句型，大众化的词汇描述，一切就足够了。

　　要知道，你的面试官并不全是专业的英语学者，如果词汇太深奥，让人难以理解，那么，听不懂的后果往往是两个极端。一种是面试官觉得你有大才;另一个就是面试官觉得你在故意卖弄，华而不实。

　　有人会问：既然面试官都是半吊子，那干嘛还要求应聘者用英文自我介绍?其实，面试官之所以想听你的英文自我介绍，并不是想深入了解你的语言功底，而只是想简单考察一下你的语言表述能力，相比于单词的意思，他们更注重应聘者口语发音和语言叙述的'流畅性。

　　中国式英语的弊端，早就很多会读会写却不会说的“哑巴”。单位与学校不同，学校看的是成绩，而单位看是能力。无论是英语老师，还是外贸业务员，还是翻译，这些与英语有关的岗位，会说要比会写有用的多。如果你最基本的交流都有困难，那面试官怎能相信你能胜任更艰巨的任务呢?

　　英文面试，口音是很要命的

　　自我介绍的时间一般为1~3分钟。要准备的东西不多，要叙述的内容也不长，因此建议各位，在面试准备阶段尽可能的多练习一下。还有，如果口音比较重的话，建议各位多看看英文电影、电视甚至是听广播磁带。别的不说，最起码在自我介绍时改过来。千万别因为口音拉了你的后腿!
