　　I’m an Aries. Arians are supposed to be courageous leaders but troublesome followers. Half true. I’m definitely a troublesome follower.

　　1、其实电话面试和一面的面试官一般是中国人，而中国人的英语一般都可以听懂。

　　2、自我介绍的可能性很大，所以可以提前写好，背诵熟练。

　　3、面试官更注重于你英文表达的内容胜过英语本身。

　　4、不懂的地方一定要问，可以用“Sorry，I cannot get you.”切记不要不懂装懂。

　　5、尽量把每一句说的流利，但是句子和句子之间可以加停顿。

　　6、最后一点也是最重要的一点，面试官更看重的是自信和积极的态度！所以不要胆怯，不要羞于启齿，大胆地展现你自己吧！
