一、基本教学情况
首先，在过去的两个多月里，我们主要完成了 英语 教学任务。由于时间紧任务重，在完成这本书的教学任务的过程中，我们主要针对每一单元的句型句式以及重要的语言知识点进行教学活动，让学生把学习过的这部分内容再次回顾和训练，并适当做一些补充和扩展，使他们综合运用英语语言知识的能力得到提高。
其次，我们针对学生的具体情况，对学生进行了每一单元的单词和短语的过关检测。因为要学好英语就必然需要有词汇和短语这些基本语言点的不断积累，只有让他们不断进行反复记忆，才能为后面的英语学习打下比较坚实的基础。
第三，在进行上面两块教学活动的同时，我们还着重加强了对学生的学习习惯和学习方法的培养。比如六年级学生，针对他们年龄变大，基础参差不齐，他们原有的学习习惯和学习方法不能适应最后冲刺时的学习英语的要求等具体情况，专门讨论如何做好这方面的工作，以力求在较短的时间内培养好每个学生良好的学习方法和学习习惯。
二、存在的不足
在过去的这两个多月里，我们备课组里的每一位老师都很努力，大家经常在课后进行交流，互相探讨，互相取长补短，也都取得了一些成绩。但我想，有些地方我们做得还不够，还需要在今后去努力做好这些方面的工作。比如：
第一，教材研究和备课活动。
尽管从早晨进入学校到晚上离开学校的时候都一直有事情在做，但是我想可能我们的工作效率还不是很高，这就导致了我们真正用在专研教材上的时间不多，备课比较粗，不够细致，大部分老师对于教材的处理基本上是进行单纯的每单元的单独教学活动，而缺乏对前后知识的及时的、系统的疏通、整理以及训练。
我们对每一单元的重点语言点和句型句式的处理基本只是进行了简单的疏理和运用练习，但没有能够进行更多的提高和扩展训练，特别是缺乏对所学过的前后知识的联系与综合运用，也就导致学生对所学知识的掌握比较零碎和机械，没有能够融会贯通，这主要表现在相当一部分学生只能就书本上出现的句子进行表述，而不能够进行灵活运用，考试时遇到一些看似难的题目就不知道如何去做了。我想这也是对学生综合运用英语语言知识的能力培养不够的一个重要原因吧。
第二，教学方法的研究与运用。
我们在每次的集体备课时主要是针对每周的教学计划和教学内容进行了讨论，而对教学方法的研究与运用方面就比较少了。大家在组织教学活动时的使用的教学方法各不相同，这样也就导致我们每一堂课的教学效果各不相同了。我们有几个人是同时任教一个实验班和一个普通班的，面对不同的学生，不同的学习基础，这也同样需要我们去及时调整课堂容量，调整课堂教学活动的节奏，调整具体的教学方法。即使面对同一个班级的学生，也需要我们根据每个人的具体情况去灵活运用不同的教学方法，因材施教，以求每一个学生都能取得最佳的学习效果。
另外，由于每个人的性格、年龄和性别上的差异，即使使用同样的教学方法，最终所取得的教学效果也是不一样的。比如 姜周红 老师，她对学生的亲和力以及她在课堂上使用的教学方法，就取得了很好的教学效果。所以，我们其他人就需要向她学习，多听听她的课，哪怕有一点感悟，一点收获，也是我们的进步。
我想在教学方法方面，我们平时要做有心人。一是要互相学习，互相取长补短；二是要学习教学指导方面的`书籍和刊物，研究摸索适合自己使用的教学方法；三是要能够根据不同情况灵活运用各种教学方法去组织课堂教学活动，才能力争使我们每一堂课都取得较好的教学效果。
第三，及时总结和二次备课。
在过去的这两个多月中，一是其他一些事情占据了我们的太多的课后时间，比如班主任工作，批改作业，找学生谈话，面批，订正，过关检查等，二是可能我们本身对这方面的重视程度不够，我们对每堂课的及时反思和二次备课没有能够落在实处。这样就使得我们在课堂教学中所存在的一些问题不能及时被发现，从而不能得到及时的解决和处理，也就有可能在后面的教学中继续出现这种情况。
第四，补差与培优
对学困生的辅导工作，其实从开学初杜校长就已经提醒过我们，要着重抓好这方面的工作，我们备课组里的各位老师也早就开始在做。我之所以把这个方面放在我们工作中不足的一块提出来，是因为从几次考试的情况看，在各个班级中总有那么几个学生的成绩不理想，影响了整个班级，也影响了整个年级。这说明我们对学困生的辅导工作还不够细致、到位，特别对是极少数几个基础特差的学生，还不够耐心，方法上还需要调整。就拿我所任教的三（一）班来说，由于我没有足够的重视和进行细致的辅导，这次就有2人不及格。就一下子把整个班级的成绩拉下了好几分。所以我觉得我们下次备课组活动时要重点讨论一下这项工作。
在做好补差工作的同时，我觉得培优工作也需要引起我们足够的重视。从几次考试的情况看，各班的优秀率是不低，但是各班的特尖的学生不多。
所以，我想如果我们不能做好补差与培优这两个工作，那么，从各个班级的成绩到全年级的成绩，就必然受到影响，到了期末考试我们将很难与其他兄弟学校去竞争了。
三、改进的措施
针对以上分析，在今后的教学工作中，要取得更好的成绩的话，我想我们备课组的 全体 老师要更加努力，做好以下几点工作：
第一，备课组活动时细化各项工作，认真研究教材，研究每个单元的每一个课时的教学内容，从重点难点、课堂结构、教学方法、课堂训练题、巩固练习题到课后作业等各个方面都要讨论清楚，具体准备工作要落实到每一个人。
第二，加强对学生的学习过程的控制，提高早读课、辅导课的效率，抓好课后作业的质量，坚持对基本的词汇短语的过关检查，让绝大部分学生每天都能顺利完成当天的学习任务。
第三，加强对学困生的督促和辅导，教师首先要调整好心态，做好打持久战的准备，再让这部分学生产生学习英语的兴趣，而不是畏难情绪，多找他们谈心，多面批作业，让他们感受到老师关心、诚心和耐心。
第四，及时总结自己的每一堂课，还要经常互相听课，互相交流，互相学习，互相取长补短，共同提高。

一、狠抓基础。英语教学，单词的记忆是基础，而后是词组、句型、对话和短文。1、在课堂上我主要采取各种形式的读，再结合图片和动作使学生熟悉单词的音形义，同时加大书写量，力求使学生当堂掌握所学内容。2、注重复习。每人一个课后作业本，每天抄写单词或常用句型，我坚持批阅。不定时听写、默写单词，句型，使学生不敢有懈怠心理。每周抽一定时间复习前面单元中的内容。
二、学困生帮扶，采取“一帮一”的方式帮助学困生进步，“小老师”们都很热心、负责，不厌其烦地教那些学困生。像xx和xx等同学帮扶的'学困生成绩都有不同程度地提高。
三、勤和组内其他老师交流。教学中总有拿捏不准的地方，我常常和其他老师讨论，解惑释疑。我们组的任香玉老师虽然从教时间短，但是她思维活跃，无论管理学生还是课堂教学都很有一套，也很热心，乐于将自己的方法与人分享，给了我很大的帮助。
期中考试工作已经圆满结束，对于取得的成绩我颇为欣慰，但是并未达到预期的目标，今后我会更加努力提高本班英语教学质量。
