中考英语常见易混词组辨析
中学阶段许多词和词组容易混淆，给同学们解题带来诸多困难， 现将几个常见的易混词和词组总结如下：

interested interesting
二者均为形容词，interested用于be (become) interested in的结构中，表达的是某人对某事或某物是感兴趣的`；而interesting则指某事或某物本身具有使人感兴趣的特性，即某事（物）本身是有趣的；有意思的，在句中既可作定语，也可作表语。
I am interested in collecting stamps.
我对收集邮票很感兴趣。
The story you told me is very interesting.
你给我讲的那个故事非常有趣。
That is an interesting book，you must read it.
那是一本很有意思的书，你一定要读读。
spend，take，cost，pay for
spend…（in）doing sth 意思是花费（金钱/时间）做某事，介词in 可以省略不用；spend… on sth 意思是在某方面花费（金钱/时间）介词on不可省略，spend 所对应的主语是人，take 表示花费时，其主语为it 常用句型为It takes sb some time to do sth；pay表示花费时，主语是人，常用结构为 sb pay…for sth.
