现在乱投简历这一现象已经逐渐好转,他认为,找自己符合的岗位要特别注意硬件条件,学历和经验都要符合公司要求,而对一些细节,如在大公司内担任管理职务等要求比较细的条件也不能忽视,以免做无用功。
不同人群侧重点不同
HR关注简历时候,也会因为招聘职位不同关注的侧重点也不同,如果你恰好属于其中一种人群,就要着重注意简历中的相关部分了。杨小姐介绍,因为不同的职位对人员的素质要求是不一样的。她说:“比如对专业技术方面的管理人员,我对其知识背景、管理背景、实践经验等都会关注,而对于一个普通的专业技术人员我可能更多关注的是他的实践经验,其次是他的`知识背景。有些特殊职位还会特别关注应聘者的性格特点等。”
对大学生和有经验的人关注点也不同,大学生的成绩虽然不是重点,但也是HR考查学生是否有学习能力,对工作和学习的态度是否认真的重要依据。学历也是考查大学生的一个关键,而对于实习经验只要有就可以,不用多也不能杂,要做到适度。对于有经验的人来说,曾经工作的公司和从事的职务,包括工作业绩都是考查重点。
谨防小河沟里翻船一页纸简历受欢迎
细节反映态度,态度决定一切,一些不被注意的细节往往会直接断送求职者的前程。赵复成说,有些简历连性别和联系方式都没有,这虽然是一些小的细节,但反映了求职者的认真程度和做事情的专心程度。而一些错字和病句,虽然不是很重要,但起码在说明求职者不够重视的同时,也反映其文字能力不是很强。杨小姐表示有的应聘人员的简历对自己工作经历的时间编排无次序,反映了应聘者在日常工作中的条理性较差和工作不够细致。有的简历中时间上出现重复或交叉,这会让人对简历的真实性持怀疑态度,这些都有可能直接导致简历无法通过“海选”。
另外,简单明了的简历一般来说容易通过,能让读到它的人感觉清楚明了,不复杂不麻烦。赵复成认为一页纸的简历是HR最希望看到的,而最多再加上“英文版”达到两页纸。

1、明确你要寻求的是不是这个职位。
只有你明白这个职位做什么,你要寻求这个职位才能突出你的经历。第一轮简历的筛选基本上是比较固定的。如果你不符合一些明确的标准,只有1/3左右的公司会给予机会。
2、简历的格式和外表这重要性远远超过人们预料。
一份好的简历不仅有主题突出的经历,而且有特点的包装和格式是吸引注用人单位人事经理的主要方面之一。如果使用各种字体格式,如斜体、大写、下划线、首字突出、首行缩进或尖头等等方式,有重点有节奏地表达思想。有些求职者以为另类的简历会让人耳目一新,所以往往追求新、厅奇的特色。除非是你寻求的'职位有些别样,最好是在简洁、醒目上下功夫,不要过于花哨,否则适得其反。
3、尽可能只有一页A4纸,最多不超过2页。
A4纸是当前大多数公司使用的文件纸张,具有一定亲和力和正式感觉。千万不要使用A4以下的纸张,除非你明确知道这个公司的文件是以A4以下如B5纸张为常用文件用纸,否则给人以小气、寒酸和局促之感。1.4分钟的时间充其量也只是人事经理会扫视你的简历。一份优秀的简历也就是在这一页纸主题鲜明的表达给用人单位,用人单位的人事经理也就是通过1.4分钟,然后用几秒钟最多30钞的第一影响决定是否给你下一个机会。因此写得越多,并不代表出你的优秀。
4、强调出你适合这个职位的成功经验和经历。
如果你应聘的是一个行政人员,你最好不要过多地说你能做一个合格的销售人员。如果你寻求的是一个具有决策影响力的职位,你不要用可能、也许这样的词汇出现在简历上,因为这样只是让人感到你不是一个果断的人。针对不同的用人单位和不同职位,表现形式不同。比如外企更重视英语和学校名声,中国公司看重专业和户口。对于越是热门的公司,其往往对在校成绩更关注。实战中,建议制作不同的简历来突出不同的要点。
5、基本的信息不一定全列出来。
基本信息是指你的姓名、性别、身体素质、婚姻、户口等个人信息和社会属性内容。如果用人单位没有特别强调必须注明,建议你认为这个职位应该列出的信息。而且你要学会分析用人单位注明的条件是不是一定。有很多用人单位碍于地方政府的要求,注明了求职者必须是本地户口,或者必颀是本科以上学历。其实你完全可以不理会这些要求,大胆去展示你的能力--胜利永远属于勇敢者!但是勇敢者要注重策略,对注明要求本地户口的外地人才,在简历上不要注明户口所在地。这并不是要你欺骗用人单位,只是没有必要将你的劣势没有保留地表现出来。
