　　“有一定社会资源者，学历要求可适当放宽”，昨天，在高新区人力资源市场举办的招聘会上，市区一家证券公司的招聘广告，让应届毕业生吴劲波有些茫然，“社会关系重过学历能力，单位是在用人还是在拉关系?”记者证实，当前在市场尚未恢复的情况下，尤其以服务和营销为主的用人单位，除对员工年龄、学历等有要求外，都特别强调应聘者的“社会资源”。

　　吴劲波毕业于南京一所本科院校市场营销专业，昨天来应聘这家证券公司的销售岗位。“在确认自己是本地户籍后，对方继续追问社会关系，自己的亲戚朋友同学，还有父母工作单位都问了。”吴同学告诉记者，招聘方直言不讳，称干他们这行，说白了就是靠关系，一张白纸是很难做下去的，“能拉来大户就是最强的能力，比啥学历啥水平都强”。他有些无奈，自己来自城市普通家庭，没什么“资源”，用人单位这样做，其实是人为设置了一道不平等的门槛，剥夺了毕业生平等就业的机会。招聘现场，强调“社会资源”的广告不在少数，记者注意到，有的企业招聘大学生时，会先询问有无“社会资源”，再按肯定或否定回答将简历分成两沓。不少毕业生接受采访时都表示，并非所有毕业生都有用人单位所指的“社会资源”，以此作为用人的条件，许多优秀但没有“关系”的毕业生就得不到机会。

　　昨天，苏州友邦保险1名人事主管接受记者采访时，道出了不少服务、销售类企业的心声。他认为，金融危机造成的影响尚未消除，市场尚未全面恢复，特别是服务和营销企业，要拓宽业务渠道、提升业绩，就必须有强大的业务网络和客户群来支撑。标明“有社会资源者优先”也是公司谋求发展的生存之道，挺正常，毕竟“社会资源”能带来“快速绩效”。

　　市人才服务中心副主任余苏向记者表示，截至目前，在苏就业的高校应届毕业生中，非公企业接纳人数占总量九成以上，特别是一些与业务、经营、经济效益挂钩的职位，对毕业生有这方面的需求。他认为，企业招人用人不应急功近利，而应建立一整套培训体系，为员工提供发展空间和平台。同时，在校大学生也应积极参加见习、实习，在提升自身就业能力的同时，增加对社会的了解，积累经验和能力。
