　　新年刚过，大学应届毕业生开始为求职而忙碌。记者调查发现，越来越多的大学生开始通过网络进行求职，但效率相对低下，有人在某求职网站上投了100多份简历，但连个面试的机会都没得到。

　　三成毕业生求职靠“网投”

　　据某招聘网2008年毕业生求职调查数据显示，通过人才网站进行求职的学生占总数的33.6%，通过校园进行求职的占21.2%，通过报纸、杂志进行求职的占4.4%，通过社会招聘会进行求职的占16.4%……有关负责人表示，大学毕业生没有工作经验，所投简历与职位要求的专业不对口，此外投简历比较盲目，这些都是造成网投效率较低的原因。

　　金融危机加大网络求职难度

　　“学校里的招聘会不多，我们只能寄希望网络求职。从10月份到现在，我已经在求职网站上投了近千份简历，可是全都石沉大海。”一名大四女生说。天津师大的一位姓张的同学告诉记者，对于大学生来说，求职的主要渠道就是网络招聘和校园招聘。“我的很多同学都在网上投过简历，但近一个月里，没有一个同学接到过面试的电话。”

　　记者浏览了多家求职网站发现，近两个月进行招聘的用人单位数量明显减少，部分用人单位登出的招聘信息已在网上挂了一个多月。对此许多求职者发出疑问：“到底是招人还是做广告?”记者咨询了本市及全国性的几家求职网站的负责人，他们也承认金融危机爆发后，招聘企业的数量确实有所减少。

　　与招聘单位数量越来越少的场面不同，求职网站的浏览量并未减少，求职者仍是坚持每天登录、刷新。记者在几所高校的BBS上发现，许多同学都在抱怨网络上的求职难。“一家房地产公司的办公室职员一岗，竟有2000多人投递简历。”对此，网站负责人表示：“金融危机加大了网络的求职难度，许多招聘单位公布的邮箱每天都能接到几百封简历的邮件，读都读不过来。”

　　职场专家支招网络求职

　　目前，网上求职已成为现在社会的一个主要求职途径。为了能够帮助求职者在网上快速求职，专家给出了一些建议：

　　简历要简单明了由于缺少了面谈环节，所以电子简历的制作就必须要有针对性，根据应聘的职位来突出重点。另外，自己制作的简历最好能附上相片，更便于招聘单位了解情况。主要的联系方式要写清楚，但类似身份证号码这些隐私就没必要写了。还有要注意的就是，最好不要通过附件形式发送电子简历，因为现在很多公司都担心受到病毒的攻击，他们收到以附件形式发送的邮件，很可能看都不看就删掉，所以求职者最好通过直接发送的方式投简历。制作简历的时候要注意排好格式，并且在电子邮件的主题框中写明“应聘职位”，企业收到信件不用打开便知应聘的职业，这样方便负责人看到求职者的详细情况。

　　对企业了解清楚当前网络招聘中存在的陷阱主要表现为：夸饰招聘岗位名称;以“高薪、急聘、大量求聘”等字眼超员招聘，吸引求职者的眼球，求职者因此遭受黑中介欺骗的事情也时有发生。因此，求职者接到面试通知后要设法了解面试单位的情况，不要随便轻信对方而交纳任何费用，一般正式的招聘单位都不会向求职者收取任何中介费用的，如果网上的用人单位收钱或要求应聘人员以其财物、证件作抵押，最好别去面试。
