　　最近参与一家大企业的企划人才招聘工作，案头堆满了400多份求职者的应聘简历。我要从中筛选出30份并通知他们来接受面试，其余的嘛，当然就没有面试的机会了。

　　取出第一份“简历”，我的天，厚厚的一本，满满的40多页!

　　这哪是“简历”呀，这分明就是“自传体”的“书”呀，我搁一边去了。

　　为什么?一是觉得太厚，读起来肯定要费我不少时间。

　　二是觉得太厚的“简历”肯定主次不分，面面俱到，重点不突出，不能让我一目了然，不能让我很快抓住对方的“闪光点”。

　　三是觉得这个人连自己的“简历”都写得这么“拖泥带水”，可能是个繁琐之人，而且其概括能力可能有点问题。

　　四是觉得这个人花那么多精力“造”出一本“繁历”来，可能有过分“包装”自己、言过其实之嫌，不见得可信。

　　也许我的这种想法和做法有些偏颇，可我当时在“阅读”成堆的简历时，的的确确就是这么想的。不管我的所想所作对错与否，我想现实中确实有不少单位的选才“主考官”与我的心态相同，不知应聘者们想到过没有。

　　相反，有一位应聘者的经历颇丰，但他的“简历”却很薄，仅仅两页单面的A4纸。第1页是简历，1234567简洁明了的几条，要言不繁，绝不拖泥带水，末尾“相关证件复印件附后”几个黑体字吸引我看第2页，第2页是6个证件的缩印件，全部在一张纸上。我想他这样既节约了复印费，又节约了纸张，而且让我一目了然。这给我的印象很深，就把他给录取了。

　　后来的工作实践证明，他确实不错，我没看走眼。而按一般求职者的做法，肯定把6个证件分别按原大各复印一页纸，共6页纸才能搞定，加上第1页就有7页纸了，有那个必要吗?

　　我以为，“简历”还是要“简”，要让“主考官”在最短的时间内两眼一扫就能抓住你的“闪光点”，在最短的时间内对你形成一定的印象。其实一个人就像一部书，你去书店买一本新书，并不是非要呆在书架前读完这本书后才会掏钱买下它，主要还是先看看简介或目录，从简介或目录上对这部书有了大致的了解，从感性上初步认可了这本书，就可能掏钱先买下，日后再来细读细品这本书。如今就业难，使得一些求职者各施绝招，在简历上挖空心思，“简历”变成了“繁历”，这确实是一个很大的误区。其实现实中多数单位认为，由于应聘的人太多，简历还是简洁明了比较好。
