附: 没内容可写的求职者,失败是可以预期的。或许,求职被拒绝的最主要原因就是履历表的内容乏善可陈。换句话说,履历表中什么有力的信息也没有―――看它的人根本不知道凭借什么理由给应征者面谈的机会。一份好的履历表应该传达出这样的信息:“好好看看我,我会值得让你在面谈时了解我的。”而没内容的履历表则传达极不同的信息:“我只是碰运气,看你会不会见我,之后我将真的让你知道我有多差劲。”
这类的应征者提出的保证不足,他们不知道自己有何特长,所以不能向招聘对象提供什么保证。自我分析是必要的,完成自我分析的工作后,在找工作时就该转移重点,显示对企业的需求也有相当的兴趣和了解。很多求职者仍以自我为中心,他们的履历表中只是依序列出企业的名称、工作头衔、职务内容―――却没标明自己的技能、成就、特质等等。此外,他们在一同寄出的应征信中还会使用“我想要”、“我现在要找”……之类的词句。这是任何人都讨厌看到的措词。
好老板当然会有兴趣了解你对工作目标和薪水要求如何,但是先决条件是你先能明确让他知道你将有所贡献。而没有内容的履历表却没能传达出这样的信息。
