　　正文一般涉及三方面的内容：

　　(1)引起对方注意，如解释为何选择该企业，何以证明自己乃最佳人选;

　　(2)要讲清楚自己能给对方带来什么好处，如介绍自己的品行、工作作风和敬业精神;

　　(3)感谢对方花时间阅读自己的材料，并提出面谈请求。告诉对方自己将在何时打电话询问材料是否安全抵达和安排时间面试事宜。这点很重要，随便致电问讯结果不妙，傻等一个无言的结局也不见得更强。另求职信中不宜提出薪资要求。如果对方要求对薪资作出说明，可以告知“薪资待遇可以面议”。

　　最后，通过网上发送求职信和简历时还要注意三点：

　　(1)不要使用下划线。下划线与字迹相连易造成误会、如france会被看成erance。使用横线时，注意横线与邻行的字要拉开距离;

　　(2)充分利用e-mail的暗送功能。可以把用人单位的e-mail地址剪贴在暗送栏里，一个e-mail发给好几家。但不要贪多，暗送栏里的地址一旦超过了9个，就要赶快发送，否则电脑显示“执行了错误操作，即将关闭”，那就白忙一场了;

　　(3)大家争相上网发送求职信和简历，反而导致成功率降低。因此，可以将求职信和简历放到网站的数据库里。
