　　i am seeking a position in data processing management and have enclosed my resume for review against your current requirements.

　　my background in data processing includes programming, systems analysis, project management, data base administration and mis department management.

　　附：一份好的自荐信才可以引起人事经理的注意力，虽然自荐信没有固定的格式，但是一些细节是肯定要注意的。

　　一、姓名、通讯地址、联系电话、电子邮件、网址占据求职信顶端的中间或靠边。注意：每条信息之间分隔明白，网址独立成行;为便于扫描，每条信息独立成行最好。

　　二、日期低于联系方式两行，靠右边;提要低于日期一行，靠左边。在英文求职信中，日期靠左边/右边，提要低于日期两行，靠右边。

　　三、能够用对方的姓名直呼对方最好，因为人们都是喜欢别人称呼自己的名字。所以，想方法去弄明白面试负责人的姓名和性别。如果不能，你可以运用“尊敬的雇主”或干脆用“早上好”比起用“尊敬的先生或女士”要亲热地多。

　　四、想尽一切方法，让求职信的第一句话就抓住阅读者，让他能认真地读你的简历。使对方感爱好的清规戒律是：从对方的利益出发，为对方的利益服务。

　　五、把你的基本技能、成绩、以及别人对你以往业绩的评价介绍给雇主，对你的工作经历加以概括，如：“在某公司担任会计工作期间，取得了如下成绩：┄┄”如果你的求职信不包括简历，那么长度不应超过六段。

　　六、向对方致谢，感谢其花工夫阅读你的材料，并考虑与你面谈;告诉对方你会在某某工夫打电话询问材料是否安全抵达和安排工夫面试事宜。即使你打电话问知的结果不尽如人意，但总比你一直等候一个永远不会打来的电话要好。

　　七、常见的结束语有“此致、敬礼”、“顺颂商安”等。其下是你的签名，字迹不可潦草模糊。如果在联系方式中你没有署名，那么在你的签名下应当打印上你的名字，以确保对方能明白辨认。
