　　三、调查报告的感受：

　　通过在中通物流公司的参观以及工作人员的介绍和讲解之后，我对物流有了更进一步的认识，“物流”的轮廓也越来越为清晰。具体的我从四个方面来阐述我的想法与感受。

　　1. 环保

　　在这次企业参观过程中，无论是龙星物流企业中的木质熏蒸还是在镇海港埠中炼化乙烯的封闭式运送，或者是波达仓储的中华纸业的环保标志，均与绿色环保有关。

　　木材是属于特殊货物一类，由于其易发霉、长菌的特性，在销售前必须进行熏蒸处理。美国、加拿大、英国等国家先后颁布法令，对于中国的木质木材包装必须进行热处理、

　　熏蒸和防腐等处理，否则一律退回。与其相关的纸业也是一样，在波达仓储中，运往美国、加拿大的纸必须符合标准并且要注有环保标志，否则也将被拒收。

　　乙烯在运送过程中肯定会对环境产生不利的影响，所以镇海港埠采用封闭式的运送，由此我们便可以与一个概念相联系，那就是绿色物流。现在的物流发展过程中，绿色物流越来越为人们所强调。作为第三方利润源的物流行业，如何堆码如何选择路线而使物流成本最低已经不是我们要考虑的唯一的一个问题了，绿色环保问题也将被纳入其中。

　　2. 物流相关技术

　　这里所提到的物流相关技术是指作一些相关物流工作所应具有的技术经验。比如，在龙星物流企业的仓库中，采用的是货架式的堆放方式，这种方式不仅有利于货物保护，也能最大限度的利用空间以达到节省储存成本的目的。这种方式需要用到的物流工具就是叉车。叉车的操作非常简单，但是真正的在实际过程中的却又是需要长时间的训练的。一切的物流活动都要以降低成本为宗旨，所以在堆码或者是取货过程中怎样的路线最优，怎样才能节省时间都是需要经验的累积的，并且货物利用叉车进行堆码或者是取货都是非常精细的活。就波达仓储中中华纸业而言，其相关负责人介绍，若要应聘此岗位，至少需要三年的经验，他们才会考虑。在大榭码头，一些像岸吊之类的大型机械也是需要实际的操作经验的。所以说，现实中的物流的运用是要靠多年的经验积累的，不是短时间内就可以学会的。

　　3. 物流信息化

　　根据寿建敏教授的介绍，由传统物流向现代物流转变的两大支柱，一个是集装箱的运输，另一个就是信息技术的发展了。1980’s信息技术的发展对物流产生了重要的影响。在当今社会，随着科技技术的发展，信息化技术越来越显示其优越性。在我们参观的物流实验室中，它模拟的是自动立体化仓库，采用了按订单取货的摘取式以及视频识别技术等，在波达仓储中，其货物的库存盘点等均是采用信息化的管理模式。信息化的`操作不仅使物流的一些工作更加准确、方便、快捷，也大大减少了一些不必要的成本，而整个物流结构更加优化，物流过程更加便捷，因此创造出更多的利润。

　　4. 就业问题

　　在寿建敏教授的讲座中，他提到了现阶段的就业问题，并且寿教授还根据台湾的一个调查研究得到的数据对就业问题进行深入的分析。其中一些求职成功的人员将其成功的原因主要归结为主动积极的态度，而失败的人员则是将其失败的原因主要归结为缺乏相关的工作经验。其中求职失败的人当中有66.7%的继续找工作，而25%则是决定参加相关的证照考试或是公务员考试。寿教授认为现在的专业证照化、国际化、全球化，并且提出“专业不只是技术，也是一种态度”的观点。在求职过程中，他认为一个人的基础能力，文字表达能力，沟通能力以及逻辑思考能力都是很重要的。就我们物流专业今后将来的就业问题，在我看来，我认为还是很有前景的。物流是一个很大范围的概念，它囊括很多很多东西。我们可以从很多细节入手，来创造第三方利润源中的第三方利润。所以，为了今后步入社会，有一个良好的就业条件，我们从现在开始就应该不断的给自己补充能量，像是英语口语的训练，综合知识的掌握等等。未来总会有我们的位置，只要我们时刻准备着。

　　“xx年全国重点企业物流统计调查暨被调查企业主营业务收入列前50位物流企业”在北京’2008中外物流企业国际合作高峰论坛发布。中国物流与采购联合会副会长戴定一，中国物流与采购联合会副会长、中国物流信息中心主任蔡进等领导到会并发表讲话。

　　蔡进副会长在会上代表国家发展改革委、国家统计局和中国物流与采购联合会发布了《xx年全国重点企业物流统计调查报告》暨xx年被调查企业主营业务收入列前50位物流企业名单。

　　蔡进副会长介绍说，根据国家发展改革委《关于组织实施社会物流统计核算与报表制度的通知》(发改运行[2006]625号)文件要求，xx年3月至xx年12月，国家发展改革委、国家统计局和中国物流与采购联合会对2006年全国重点工业、流通业的企业物流状况和物流企业的经营情况进行了统计调查。本次调查共收到有效报表9206份，报表有效率为66.8%。调查的工业和流通业企业汇总数据显示，物流业务需求快速增长，物流费用规模继续扩大，物流费用率小幅下降。调查的物流企业汇总数据显示，物流业务量上升较快，特别是物流增值服务收入增长突出，综合型物流企业收入增长明显快于仓储型、运输型物流企业。与此同时，物流业务成本也呈现出较快增长。

　　四、总结：

　　从调查结果可以看出，宁波物流企业大都进行货运代办,货物联托运,信息配载,货物配载,现代化程度不高,配套设施不完善,功能单一.其实，我认为将所有的物流过程归结起来，就是为了最大程度的降低成本，增加利润。除了现阶段我们所采用的一些方法之外，我认为应该还有其他的需要靠我们的探求。但是这是一个过程，需要我们的共同努力，在不断的实验和实践中寻找利第三方利润源中的利润。
